• Orders are to be placed by in writing and sent by fax to 82768046 or by email to order@cheerscatering.com.au. Please confirm email orders by telephone if you do not receive an acknowledgment.
  • Cheers opening hours are between 7.30am - 6.00pm week days & 9.00am - 3pm weekends.
  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before delivery is required. Large orders will require more notice.(More than 40 people, a week notice)
  • Extra charges apply to deliveries by 9.30am & after 5.00pm week days & all weekends & public holidays.
  • Orders may not be cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery unless both parties agree. Cancellation fee will apply, to be negotiated at the time of cancellation.
  • Minimum number applys to some pletters.
  • Goods will be invoiced by email or at the time of delivery.
  • Payment is to be made within a maximum of 2 weeks of delivery. Late fee and weekly Interest per week will be charged on unpaid accounts out side the agreed time frame.
  • Payments may be made by cash, cheque or by EFT to Cheers Catering & Patisserie.
  • All food prices include GST.
  • Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at the customer's expense.
